Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite a mix of highs and lows. The property is situated in a beautiful location, offering easy access to a charming beach, but the room I initially received was not up to par, which dampened my excitement. After a room change, I found some comfort, though it came with certain nuisances like noise and lack of privacy. The facilities were a highlight, especially the pool area, but the dining options left something to be desired. All in all, it certainly has potential, but there are definitely some aspects to be improved.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, located right on Lamai Beach. The ambiance is peaceful and the staff truly made my experience memorable with their warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious and clean, though I wish the bathroom layout had been a bit better. The dining options were vast and delicious, but there were a couple of hiccups with room service. Overall, it was definitely a value for money experience, and I would happily return.
Our stay was quite enjoyable, especially as a family with kids. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a lovely outside jacuzzi, although we wished for interconnected rooms. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the location was perfect for both relaxation and accessing nearby activities. However, the dining experience could use improvement, as breakfast was just okay and the initial check-in process felt a bit confusing.
I had an amazing experience at this resort in late March! The location was unbeatable, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and staying in the Beachfront Pool Villa was an absolute dream. It's hard to put into words how stunning everything was. However, if I had to point out something, the deluxe rooms I saw were a bit worn out, but the overall experience was fantastic. I'm already planning another visit next year!
The resort has a fantastic beach that is clean and safe for swimming, complemented by a lovely view from the bar and restaurant. The staff are outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, the rooms, particularly the balcony deluxe type, are in need of renovation; I wouldn't opt for them again. The dining experience was decent, but I would recommend exploring nearby eateries for more variety.
