My stay was quite a mix of highs and lows. The property is situated in a beautiful location, offering easy access to a charming beach, but the room I initially received was not up to par, which dampened my excitement. After a room change, I found some comfort, though it came with certain nuisances like noise and lack of privacy. The facilities were a highlight, especially the pool area, but the dining options left something to be desired. All in all, it certainly has potential, but there are definitely some aspects to be improved.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, located right on Lamai Beach. The ambiance is peaceful and the staff truly made my experience memorable with their warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious and clean, though I wish the bathroom layout had been a bit better. The dining options were vast and delicious, but there were a couple of hiccups with room service. Overall, it was definitely a value for money experience, and I would happily return.

However, if I had to point out something, the deluxe rooms I saw were a bit worn out, but the overall experience was fantastic. I'm already planning another visit next year!

The dining experience was decent, but I would recommend exploring nearby eateries for more variety.
